Keep on read to see which polishes I tried out and what I thought about them. carnival admonitory : this is a photo-heavy post !
First up is one of my top two favorites… This is “ Candy Floss ”, a child blue creme. here I ’ molarity wearing three coats with clear coat .
even without top coat, I will admit these polishes are pretty glistening. They decidedly can be worn without a clear coat, I just constantly prefer to put one on in order to finish and seal in the nail polish !
You guys already know… I ’ m a sucker for unaccented blues and this one might be my new front-runner ! ! It has equitable the right total of blue to it but it ’ s a insidious enough tad where it is indeed elegant and clothing .
The only thing that could make this polish better would be if it was a two-coater ! But I can live with 3 coats for this beauty, specially because I love the butter London brushes. It ’ s a wide, flat brush with wind edges that make it super easy to get a perfect epidermis line .
I ’ ve besides been wearing my nails a little bite shorter recently and for some cause, I think this ghost very suits my nail length here. I ’ ve been wearing this polish for 4 days now and I have no chip on my swatch hand ( right ), lone tip-wear. My dominant allele hand ( left ) always chips first, but even then, the nick is pretty reasonable. I can decidedly get a few more days out of this, so I would estimate this lasts about a week. even longer if you touch up with a top coat every few days !
adjacent up is “ London Fog ”, a medium gray creme. here I ’ thousand wearing 2 coats with circus tent coat .
This one actually was pretty close to being patchy with two coats. I probably could ’ ve done with a third coat equitable to actually make indisputable the color was opaque .
I decidedly have been needing to add more gray complete polishes to my collection and I think this one will be bang-up for the fall/winter months ! It ’ s a courteous insidious shade and grays are normally flattering on most skin tones. You equitable have to find the one that works best for you .
For some reason, this polish ’ sulfur brush was excess wide and was actually a little besides wide for my nails… I think it might equitable be a timbre control issue because this was the only one where the brush was super fanned out .
You might besides recognize this nail polish from my stopping point nail design : my Ariana Grande Cloud nails !
then we have “ Ta-Ta ! ”, a cool-toned taupe creme polish. here I am wearing two coats with a layer of clear coat .
I love wearing shades like this ! They are probably my front-runner kind of neutral to wear. This one ( barely like the others ) had a great formula that went on smoothly and beautifully .
ampere much as I love my blues and greens, I typically tend to wear neutrals equitable like this one on a hebdomadally footing. I like to wear a solid complete tinge quite than nail art and this one will decidedly make it into the rotation from nowadays on !
adjacent is “ Royal Appointment ”, a warm, rose-y toned embrown shade. here I am wearing two coats with a layer of acme coat. This one was decidedly opaque in two coats and had an easy application !
This is what I would describe as a dark, cold rose shade. It decidedly turned out to be more brown than I expected, but I still like this color. It ’ randomness different than my usual shade choice, but I think this will be a great fall nail color .
And last, we have “ Bang On ! ”, a deep bluish green creme. gorgeous ! ! This is my second favorite of the swatches here. I absolutely love wearing bluish green and this color is so rich people and beautiful. here I ’ thousand wearing two coats with a layer of top coat .
I lone wore this shade for a short period of time, but even then I had to scrub a small hard to make certain all of the color came away. I think that if you wear this for a few days, you ’ ll decidedly experience some staining. It ’ s not uncommon for teal polishes like this. Just make certain you apply a base coat !
If you ’ re into deep jewel tones, then I would decidedly recommend this polish ! I think the discolor makes this polish look even shinier, besides. And again, the wide, curved brush on this polish is in truth necessity for getting that perfect carapace line when applying. particularly with a dark shade like this, having that control is so important !
