Issa said that the couple loves locations like Patchogue and was specially attracted to its “ highly warm and friendly ” atmosphere .
“ They ’ re welcome and open to newly ideas, ” he said .
The localization on South Ocean Avenue besides fit the bill absolutely .
“ We wanted to be on Main Street but not on Main Street, ” he said .
Issa likes the exclusivity the location provides that ’ s three of four storefronts off a major intersection. There is besides convenient parking closeby .
