First up is Black Cherry. This is a deep purply/magenta/berry crelly. Really smooth, easy to apply first coat, no streak. It ’ s decidedly a berry shade, but sometimes I would glance down and it would appear more red, normally in actually gloomy lighting indoors. I used two coats plus greatcoat. This one dried to an about “ rubber eraser ” end. not dull per southeast, and not matte, just not very glossy. A beneficial slick greatcoat made it glitter though .

future is Blue Suede. This is a deep bluish green blue crelly. Another excellent rule ; extremely easy, streak free application. I used two coats and NO greatcoat. This one dries in truth glistening all on it ’ s own. ( I would normally topcoat it anyhow if I was wearing this as a real mani ). There may still be some visible nail course at two coats, but I in truth had to look for it by holding my hand up into a very bright unaccented. Otherwise it may have been there, but it did not stand out and shout “ VNL ” ! however, if your nails are longer it may be more obvious on you .
This one does look like the type of color that may stain. I had it on for less than 30 minutes entire, used base coating, and removed with my scrabbly bathtub and had NO staining on my nails or cuticles/skin .

future up is precisely Bitten. This is a great identify for this polish, a beautiful dark, blood red crelly. Another excellent formula. in truth evening and smooth to apply. I used two coats plus greatcoat. This matchless besides dries glistening on it ’ s own. Just like with Blue Suede, visible collar line did not cry at me, but it was credibly there and if your nails are long you may notice it more than I did. This was a hard one to photograph .

A quick comparison to some similar OPI reds and I threw in Black Cherry from this collection besides then you could see them together. No dupes here, except for Vampire State Building is very close to Mrs. O ’ Leary ’ s BBQ .

adjacent I have November Fog. This is a dusty lavender creme. Another fluent, easy to apply polish. I ’ m not great at knowing if something is warm or cool, but this one hits me as being on the cool side. I used two coats plus greatcoat .

following is Silken Quartz. This is a scantily pink tinged nude shimmer on me. If I hadn ’ metric ton got the solid collection I credibly would not have been drawn to this one at all, but I kind of truly love it on me ! There are some brushstrokes that show in the shimmer as you are applying, but to my eye they seemed to dry down truly well but you can placid see them a little piece in the pictures. I forgot to write down how many coats I did, but I ’ megabyte pretty certain it was precisely two coats plus greatcoat ( but it may have been 3 ? )

last up is Velvet Kaleidoscope. Looking at the bottle I right away thought of the honest-to-god front-runner, Space Cadet. It is a bite different though. Space Cadet ( SC ) has an obvious bluish green base with sparse shimmer flecks that are rose-colored to bronze to copper to gold. Velvet Kaleidoscope ( VK ), I believe, has the same bluish green basis but it is wholly obstructed by the identical dense shimmer flecks in the same fortunate, bronze, copper, gold flaunt. The not as obvious base of VK makes it appear undimmed, where you can see a dark outline around the nail with SC. The dense shimmer spot besides makes VK much more opaque .
I have two coats plus greatcoat of Velvet Kaleidoscope on all my fingers but the center finger has three coats plus greatcoat of Space Cadet .
The big motion : Do I need this one ? If you missed out on Space Cadet or any of it ’ s dupes, you do need it. If you don ’ thyroxine like doing 3+ coats of Space Cadet, you do need it. If you already have Space Cadet and are felicitous with it, you can credibly pass on Velvet Kaleidoscope .

One more look at the whole collection. This prison term in the sun except for Blue Suede and Velvet Kaleidoscope are outside in the shade…
Most of these colors are not ace original and excite, but if you need any of these colors in your solicitation, they do all have great convention ! I think my unexpected darling is Silken Quartz and of course I love Space Cadet, so Velvet Kaleidoscope is another favored .
As a side note, I in truth love the Orly brush. It is wide but attack and it fits my nails absolutely. I can pretty much put the correct pressure on the brush while applying to get the bristles to splay barely enough to entirely swipe once down the middle of each feel ( even my little finger ). I get an comfortable, perfective application that way. Love them !

You get each of the following 4 collections earlier than the public and they besides include some extras in each box. This is my second installment and I am in truth felicitous with it.
